I came in for a one time car wash. The lady who was working told me a false price for the membership and I agreed to that price and she signed me up. Did everything on her IPad and never showed me the IPad nor did I sign anything and she took my card and said it went through. I get home and finish my account online to a month price that was not what I agreed to. Nobody answers the phone at the office or calls voicemails back so I had to call corporate to get the correct pricing and was told maybe I heard the attendant wrong when She said the price to me more than once and I repeated it back to her before I agreed.

This place is what you’d expect for a newer car wash chain. I always say handwashing is best but if you’re limited on time this place does fine. Some people forget heavily dirty cars won’t make this place a Time Machine. I’d say a place like this is good with regular upkeep. It’s not going to work numbers unless you do some elbow grease yourself. The tunnel itself I can tell they use quality products but the machines do beat the crap out of car which is a bit of my concern. I drive a car that’s over 20 years old but the paint is pretty good but I get scared sometimes because of how rough this tunnel can be. Staff is great and very nice. Just be weary and don’t expect magic without putting in some effort too :)

I have been a member of this car wash for over a year. I have a new Mercedes Benz. And after 3 weeks I go to the car wash and this happens. I immediately grabbed an attendant and they took pictures and filed a report. They said within a few days Dakota the manager would call me. He did not. I had to call corporate and the following day Dakota called me and stated they have an image of one side having small paint chips. Which is interesting considering I bought the car new and have pictures showing the car in pristine condition - the cop out so they don't have to pay to get it patched floors me. What's also interesting is that the paint was peeled in places on BOTH sides of the car. But of course they take zero responsibility. It is a shame to see that loyalty means nothing. I wasn't some brand new customer. I've been a loyal monthly subscriber for over a year that attended only that location. Dakota assured me he would take that information back to his corporate manager to see what they could do and sure enough zero communication. I've not had one return phone call. It absolutely amazes me that they would not honor the loyalty a customer had with them for over a year, and also tha

Mister Car Wash really impressed me today. Alex was, without a doubt, one of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with. He knew exactly what he was talking about, explained everything clearly, and had a great personality that made the whole experience enjoyable. He truly deserves a manager position or at least a solid raise credit where credit is due. The facility itself was spotless. The bathrooms were very clean, the indoor waiting area was comfortable, and they even had drinks available while you waited. I also loved that the managers had their business cards displayed very professional and well-organized. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

My first time for this carwash. I bought the Titanium for $26 and they asked for a tip? I really just wanted my Jeep cleaned. It did not do a good job at all. Bugs are still there and the windshield is still dirty. Maybe 2 ☆ is generous as you still have to vacuum it yourself. Likely will not return as I still need to wash my Jeep. That is a pitiful way to spend $26 not counting wasting my time.
